I’m fortunate this month to be spending some making/thinking/reading time in rural Nova Scotia on a self-imposed residency of sorts. Raina and Ruben, R&R Handmade, have generously prepared Raina’s studio and opened their lovely home to me. I arrived to welcome drawings from their eldest little one, four happy hens, and a relatively quiet rooster to take care of for the month. Simple lunches of eggs daily reminds me of Europe. I’ll practice poaching over the month to get my Paris skills back.
